Tracking Your Order

Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Shipping Methods and Rates
SkinCeuticals.com ships to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground for the following rates: Orders of $1.00-100.00 for a $6.00 shipping rate; Orders of $100.01-$200 for a $7.00 shipping rate; Orders of $200.01 or more $8.00 shipping rate. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2nd day Air.
If you are a registered SkinCeuticals Member and your order totals $100 or more, SkinCeuticals will ship your order complimentary via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States. SkinCeuticals.com processes orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. UPS delivers Monday-Friday.
Please note that due to the unique formulation of Adult Anti-Acne System, Advanced Brightening System, Advanced Pigment Corrector, Age-Defying Laser + Antioxidant System, AOX+ Eye Gel, Blemish + Age Defense, Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier (H.A.), LHA Solution, Phloretin CF Gel, Phloretin CF, Resveratrol B E – Federal Air Safety regulations indicate that orders can only ship via ground shipping and cannot be made to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping
At this time, SkinCeuticals.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or to international addresses.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note due to COVID-19, our normal 30-day return policy will be extended to 60 days if for some reason you are not satisfied with your SkinCeuticals.com order. We do not process exchanges at this time.
To return an item(s), please visit the Order section of My Account and select ‘Start Return’ next to the order you wish to return. If you do not have an Account, please enter your Order Number, Email Address, and Zip Code (billing or shipping) associated with the order you wish to return here. Print your complimentary return label; pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice, in the original package if possible.
When you return your purchase to SkinCeuticals.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.
Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
Only items purchased on SkinCeuticals.com can be returned to SkinCeuticals.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
